Product Integrity & Safety Standards

supporttonic@bushtiger.com products are ingestible liquid herbal extracts manufactured for internal wellness use.

Due to the consumable nature of these products and in accordance with safety and contamination-prevention standards, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

All sales of ingestible liquid products are final.

This policy protects product purity, prevents tampering, and ensures safety for every customer.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Compromised Orders

If your order arrives:

• Damaged
• Leaking
• Incorrect
• Or visibly compromised in transit

You must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery at supporttonic@bushtiger.com and include:

• Order number
• Clear photographs of product and packaging
• Description of issue

After review, Bushtiger™ may issue a replacement or resolution at its sole discretion.

Claims submitted outside the 48-hour window may not be eligible.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Opened or used products
• Consumable liquid extracts
• Products refused due to taste preference
• Individual responses to herbal ingredients
• Sale items or gift cards

By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.


EU Orders

For orders shipped to the European Union, cancellation within 14 days is permitted only if the product remains unopened, unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
